How the Somerton Road 'mini-houses' have turned out

When this small development was being built I called them mini-houses. Now that they are finished, they don't look so small. In fact, there's a lot to admire about the design. The taller house on the corner with Elmhurst Lane does work visually as a landmark feature. Roof levels are pleasantly varied. The ramps with railings have character.

A notice in one front window tells visitors that everyone except the postman should use the back entrance. You go under that archway to reach the backs, and the arch allows a pleasant photo. Another thumbs up, I reckon.
